How You’ll Make an Impact

● Create and maintain an annual sales strategy based on the market trends.

● Develop Forecast on Order Intake and report on each on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

● Qualify opportunities through a selectivity process to determine bid strategy and solution.

● Develops the market level pricing recommendation based on competitive position, regional strategy, etc.

● Develops and manages departmental budgets and business plans for the Proposal and Sales Organization.

● Responsible for promoting and knowing the entire portfolio of services.

● Provide voice of the client needs/competitive intelligence, market drivers and buying influences for the development of new product and service offerings.

● Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

What You Bring

● University BS Degree in Engineering Preferred. Business BA degree acceptable.

● Professional Experience (#10+ years) in relevant experience.

● Technical Knowledge in Generation and Oil & Gas Market preferably.

● English- Advanced at professional working proficiency level.

● Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of time.

● Possess and demonstrate Soft Skills.

● Extensive commercial development experience including contract and order negotiation experience.

● Proven sales success in the oil and gas, power generation, or energy service industry.

● Prior regional customer knowledge and experience dealing with customer issues.

● Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
