Field Service Manager EU3

About your Role

Embark on a challenging and exciting journey as the Field Service Manager EU3 - Compression in our dynamic organization based in Hengelo, Netherlands. As the driving force behind our field service operations, you will lead a dedicated team, cultivate client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. This role will report into the Head of Field Service & Repair and will be based in Hengelo NL.

How you will make an impact:

  • Orchestrate the field service organization for compression in EU3, overseeing a team dedicated to customer service excellence and technical support.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize field service operations and ensure alignment with overall business compression field service objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison between the organization and customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses to service requests and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing field service team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
  • Manage resource allocation, staffing, and training to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering comprehensive customer solutions
  • Enforce quality standards in field service operations, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of field service processes

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within field service operations, preferably in the compression industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compression systems and rotating equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. –
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align field service operations with organizational goals.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record in optimizing field service processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • Eager and curious to learn and actively seek feedback impulses from inside and outside the organization.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
