役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
Lead the Controls and Digitalization Field Service team in Latin America to ensure quality services and projects, supporting sales, bid management, and execution. Building and defining regional strategy in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry experts. Engaging with internal and external customers to implement our portfolio of Omnivise-T3000 solutions to meet their business targets. Leading a group of experts to deliver technical solutions and expertise support, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to grow technical execution team in LATAM.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Effectively communicate and manage expectations to team members and key partners.
- Planning Field Service staff, tools, and materials.
- Define and Report business area’s Key Performance Indicators to top management on regular basis.
- Increase and sustain technical skills within the team to perform projects and services.
- Coordinate and define technical scopes and timeframe in projects and services.
- Owning the developing and career path of your team members offering mentorship, coaching, and professional advice.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with related technical experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in Power Generation, Oil & Gas market, including leading teams and control system knowledge. Knowledge of the consultative department approach is preferred.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish is required. Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimum guidance!
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics; authority in breaking down problems. Knowledge of Latin American market conditions is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Siemens Energy Omnivise portfolio. Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions. Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas; proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
About the team
The selected person will lead a group of 20 experts seating in different countries in the region of Latin America. Close collaboration with other business areas within Gas Service RLA and Control and Digitalization central business area is recommended.
