A Snapshot of Your Day
The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing sales excellence, fostering a positive people and culture environment, and ensuring robust customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic leader who can collaborate with functions, develop and implement training programs, and support regional operations. In addition, the role includes leading a small team of six employees, ensuring they are guided and supported in a professional, empowering, and results-driven environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Business Strategy: Lead regular progress updates for regional speedboats and initiatives. Develop competitor profiles with mitigation plans and organize bi-annual cross-functional strategy sessions to drive alignment and strategic workforce planning.
- Sales Excellence: Design and implement a comprehensive training program for both onboarding and retraining the sales team. Support dashboard development for prospecting and outage planning and align efforts with the Global CP Masterplan and Marktag while consolidating market data for MEP evaluations (RCE, TCP, GE).
- Cost Optimization (OPW): Develop, implement, and track cost-out programs across North America and LATAM to support regional efficiency goals.
- People & Culture: Coordinate regular All Employee Meetings across the region. Introduce employee and project spotlights to foster recognition and analyze Voices feedback to identify key themes and define actionable improvements.
- Customer Insights: Drive the annual customer insight survey process with the sales organization, ensuring balanced and representative participation across the Compression region.
- Executive Reporting & Alignment: Gather updates and support the creation of content for Monthly and Quarterly Management Reviews (MOR/QR), ensuring consistent reporting and alignment across regional and leadership teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, and sales excellence.
- Proven ability to drive pivotal initiatives and develop competitor insights.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
