Join our dynamic team as a HW/SW Engineer (Automation) and immerse yourself in the exciting world of platform automation! You will play a crucial role in system planning for various automation systems, including ICMS, IMAC/ACS, PMS, HVAC, and emergency shutdown systems. Your expertise will assist the engineering department in developing products that meet customer specifications while adhering to budget and quality standards. You will create software and documentation, provide technical support, and solve problems, ensuring that our projects align with customer needs and industry regulations. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement automation solutions for various systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create software and documentation that supports project objectives.
• Provide technical support by answering queries, investigating faults, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Engage with customer specifications and contractual agreements to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You Bring

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering area
• You are proficient in both German and English, with a strong focus on technical English related to automation and process engineering.
• Possess knowledge of process engineering and can read P&IDs effectively.
• Your experience includes working with automation tools such as PCS7, Profinet, and Modbus TCP.
• Solid understanding of network technology, including firewalls, routers, and secure network development.
• Familiar with HMI/SCADA systems like ZENON and WinCC/OA, and you can create effective visual representations based on P&IDs.
