A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as an HSE Coordinator at Siemens Energy in Denmark, where your passion for Health, Safety, and Environmental management fuels the green transition. You’ll be at the heart of supporting substation projects for large offshore wind farms, PtX, and the energy transmission sector. Your day will be filled with dynamic collaboration with project managers, site managers, and technical teams, ensuring that health and safety activities are handled professionally. You’ll be part of a global competence center, connecting offshore wind farms to onshore systems, and working with international clients who are leaders in the energy industry.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will play a pivotal role in electrical substation projects within the offshore wind and energy transmission sectors.
- Your involvement spans the entire tender and execution phases, ensuring projects are handed over smoothly to Services or Clients.
- Collaborate with a diverse project team, including managers and engineers, both locally and globally.
- Implement HSE Project Documentation and Strategy, ensuring compliance with EQS EHS requirements.
- Conduct HSE screenings, participate in tender processes, and prepare incident reports to enhance HSE procedures.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management within large infrastructure or building projects.
- A technical background, ideally with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Energetic and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
- Strong collaboration skills across professional, departmental, and national boundaries.
- Certified Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator (Arbejdsmiljøkoordinator P and B) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required; Danish language skills are advantageous.
