The HSE Advisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, client requirements and company standards on-site. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment (Zero Harm culture) for all employees and contractors.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support and monitor implementation of the O&M Site HSE Plan in line with Siemens Gamesa–aligned HSE standards and client requirements.
• Ensure daily O&M activities (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting) are performed in compliance with legal, contractual, and internal HSE requirements.
• Promote safe behaviors and intervene proactively in case of unsafe acts or conditions.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, safety walks, and compliance audits in accordance with HSE Inspection Plan. Promote performance of HSE Inspections through OPS Team.
• Review and validate Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS) and task-specific Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Apply and monitor compliance with Zero Harm Framework and Life-Saving Rules and critical safety controls.
• Ensure correct application of the Permit to Work (PTW) system, including:

o    Electrical isolation and LOTO

o    Working at height

o    Confined spaces (if applicable)

o    Lifting operations

What You Bring 

• Degree or technical qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent HSE certification (highly preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Proven experience in Operation & Maintenance of wind farms or similar industrial assets.
• Previous experience working with OEM standards or under strict client HSE requirements is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable in Egypt. Solid knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 principles.
• GWO BST Training is a strong advantage.

·         Familiarity with wind turbine technologies and O&M workflows is a strong advantage.
