A Snapshot of Your Day

Siemens Energy is seeking a dedicated and meticulous HR Reporting Systems & Data Manager (f/m/d) to join our team. This role will act as the link between the HR PS&S (People Systems and Services) Team and the HR Sustainability Team, ensuring that the Siemens Energy HR Disclosure and Reporting Requirements (e.g. Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) are seamlessly integrated into our HR systems, solutions and processes.

This role involves analysing the disclosure requirements, finding solutions that are in line with the organizational goals, as well as coordinating and supervising the implementation of the HR Disclosure Requirements into our HR systems, solutions and processes. The HR Reporting Systems & Data Manager (f/m/d) also collaborates closely with internal partners across various functions and regions. The goal of this role is to support Siemens Energy's commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance through meticulous HR reporting and data management. How You will Make an Impact

  • Interface Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the HR PS&S Team and the HR Sustainability team to integrate sustainability and CSRD requirements into HR systems and processes.
  • Implementation Coordination: Lead the implementation of sustainability and CSRD requirements within HR systems, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy's organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and supervise the progress of sustainability and CSRD initiatives within HR systems, providing regular updates and reports to relevant collaborators.
  • Impact Analysis: Analyze the impact of sustainability and CSRD requirements on HR systems and processes, handle demand, and prepare for implementation.
  • Reporting and Information Center-Management: Set up and implement RIC-Management in close collaboration with the responsible Accounting Function.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with various internal customers (Functions, Regions, Business Areas) and external team members (consultants or providers) to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
 

What You Bring

  • Strong academic background, preferably a University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR IT systems, solutions, and project management.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address sophisticated challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaboration: Outstanding capability to collaborate optimally within cross-functional teams.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
