- Serve as the central operational point of contact for Organizational Management (structure, data integrity, governance rules, tooling usage)
- Maintain high‑quality organizational data and ensure adherence to governance across HR systems and planning cycles
- Lead the operational execution of reorganizations for Global & Corporate Functions; implement approved changes in Org Planner and related HR tools
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery: align scope and readiness, manage risks/dependencies, monitor progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely, compliant outcomes
- Analyze organizational data to spot inconsistencies and optimization opportunities; evolve process and governance frameworks
- Advance continuous improvement (workflows, documentation, data quality) and coordinate stakeholders/communications for org changes in a matrix environment
- Study degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent
- High level of comfort working with data, including strong skills in Excel and data manipulation, with the ability to transform raw data into insights
- Affinity for HR technology and motivation to learn new HR systems and tools quickly
- A hands-on approach — you enjoy working in systems and managing data directly
- Analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ability with clear, confident communication and collaboration across diverse teams; curiosity, resilience, and continuous‑improvement mindset
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
