A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Graduate Trainee in Customs, you will be a part of the team responsible for managing goods on behalf of other Siemens Energy entities. Your day will involve supporting customs and Intrastat procedures. You'll ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations while playing a key role in facilitating the smooth and accurate handling of cross-border shipments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Closing customs transit documents
• Preparing customs declarations
• Submitting customs declarations to the relevant authorities
• Monitoring and controlling the entire customs declaration process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintaining organized and accessible records for all import/export transactions for audit and reporting purposes.

What You Bring

• Bacherlor's or Master's degree (or currently pursuing a master degree) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
