As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, the payroll operating model, including Time Management, will be fully comprehensive moving forward. This will be split between a professional HR BPO for zero-to-gross processing and led payroll (gross-to-net) with industry-leading payroll providers. We are looking for a Global Time & Attendance Process and Solutions Advisor to play a key role advising HR and Business in Time Management services, tools, processes and global delivery, working alongside a global complementary team of senior leaders, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery!


How you will make an impact

  • Play a key role in our HR transformation program & the definition of the future technology landscape for Time & Attendance, aligning with HR Application Owner, IT, Business and other stakeholders on a Global scale
  • Being part of the cross between current set up and future state as part of Siemens Energy HR transformation program, in close alignment with the Payroll and HR services teams, and Business Owners of current T&A applications used by Siemens Energy
  • Drive the UKG solutioning including local policy harmonization and replacement strategy
  • Support countries implementation and run with process localization, functional tests definition and demand management aligned with process governance
  • Manage and define data feeds from Time & Attendance system landscape to downstream applications, such as Payroll Systems and Power BI
  • Collaborate with our Standardization & Harmonization and Global Payroll teams in the implementation of Global Time & Attendance governance
  • Find opportunities for improvement (i.e. processes) to ensure global standard and efficient operational delivery as well as system landscape consolidation
  • Bring sound knowledge and experience of multi-country HR systems implementation (preferably UKG Time & Attendance systems), delivering change and re-engineering processes
  • Being the Global Time Management Expert, which includes support of drafting, crafting and updating policy documents, company agreements and process documentation
  • Be the advisory contact for global Time Management queries supporting the regions, including utilization of tools and processes contributing to the business

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in HR and Time Operations, preferably in a lead role
  • High level of affinity to and experience with Time solutions, preferably UKG/Kronos
  • Excellent in-depth analytical skills and diligent work style
  • International mind-set; sophisticated experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team
  • Collaborative style, happy to interact with many team members e.g., in HR Centers of Competence and HR in the Regions, IT department, Finance department, management
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team, leading through building trust and empowering teams to deliver optimally.
  • Very good understanding of legal and tariff regulations
  • Must be proficient in English

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – People Systems and Services, a truly global and complementary team of specialists with an open mentality, responsible for ensuring Siemens Energy payroll is compliant, accurate, timely and fit-for-purpose, with a clear governance & risk management approach, leading our Payroll vendors and working closely with our HR Services team to safeguard end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
