- Define, govern, and continuously improve global GS-C business process standards related to the Project capability area.
- Act as the business governance authority for process design, optimization, and deployment across global transformation programs.
- Align business requirements, process concepts, and digital solutions to ensure scalable and standardized project execution processes.
- Review, challenge, and approve business process requirements and deviations while safeguarding alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead and facilitate decision-making processes across Business Areas, rollout organizations, and transformation programs.
- Manage escalations related to process governance, deployment, and business process integration.
- Support the successful deployment and adoption of global process standards within S4E Unify and PLM360 rollout projects.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer, and best-practice sharing across regions and organizations.
- Partner with business, IT, and transformation teams to ensure efficient implementation of process improvements and digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business process management, governance, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the Solution Business within the power generation industry, including large-scale project execution environments.
- Strong knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, combined cycle power plants (CCPP), auxiliary systems, electrical systems, automation solutions, and plant lifecycle management.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end project execution processes, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning, service, and modernization.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and participation in large-scale enterprise transformation or digitalization programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across global organizations.
- Strong leadership, governance, communication, and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable process solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
