A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a visionary Global Manager you will establish and lead our newly formed Legal Tech team. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to build the team and its operations from the ground up. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous adaptation of Legal Tech workflow solutions for our globally active SE Legal and Compliance function. There will be a particular focus on the application of AI solutions for various legal consulting topics and applications.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Establish and build an impactful Legal Tech team
  • Develop and implement Legal Tech workflow solutions
  • Continuously adapt and upgrade solutions to meet global needs of our Legal and Compliance function
  • Drive AI solutions for a range of legal consulting topics and applications
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure a uniform approach

What You Bring

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Legal, IT, Business Administration, or a technical field
  • Proven experience in Legal Tech
  • Familiarity with the tasks and workflows of a global legal department based on previous professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in the legal field
  • Outstanding leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different regions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and German

About the Team

The LC Team Office of the General Counsel & Corporate Functions (SE LC CF) is responsible for central and strategic LC topics in close co-operation with the Group General Counsel, including the global business administration management of the LC function. Besides the above-mentioned IP and IT tasks, our team counsels central and global functions such as Purchasing, EQS, Corporate Communication, Logistics, Real Estate, Innovation, Cybersecurity. The breadth and complexity of our tasks and responsibilities require, that our team members must independently manage their respective topic areas.
