- Build and maintain positive relationships with Cluster Managers and Product Heads to ensure effective collaboration and accurate reporting.
- Lead a diverse distributed international team, motivating members and delegating tasks to align technology initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Provide mentorship on technology compliance and drive AI adoption initiatives to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Use expertise in operational technology to orchestrate digital manufacturing initiatives, focusing on practical solutions
- Use industry insights to advise technology decisions, staying updated on trends and regulatory changes through strategic partnerships.
- Supervise the management and rollout of global implementations, ensuring effective program execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 15 years of experience, including 5+ years as a Digital Business Partner in an Operational Technology environment and 3+ years managing distributed teams.
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead global teams effectively, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
- Significant experience in digital project implementation and management, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and applications, with hands-on technical expertise in at least one relevant area, along with proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German language.
