The DC HUB Partnering & Support Professional acts as the primary infrastructure partner for countries and Business Areas, ensuring Digital Core infrastructure services are aligned with business needs and delivered securely, reliably, and consistently. The role bridges business demand, M&A, site expansion, global infrastructure services, and local execution to enable a high-quality workplace IT experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Partner with country and Business Area leadership on core infrastructure topics (network, workplace, identity, cloud, endpoints, and security).

· Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management in line with Digital Core and Cybersecurity standards.

· Support M&A and divestiture activities by assessing infrastructure landscapes,

· Support planning and readiness for infrastructure initiatives and site deployments, working closely with global service owners and local stakeholders.

· Coordinate and support incident and major incident management, ensuring clear communication and continuous improvement.

· Monitor user experience and service health, driving actions to reduce recurring issues and improve reliability.

· Lead or support communications related to infrastructure changes, outages, and deployments.

What You Bring

Broad experience across enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace services (networking, identity, M365, endpoints, hosting/cloud).

· Experience supporting Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (M&A/D) from an IT infrastructure perspective, including due diligence, infrastructure assessments, integration and separation planning, Day-1 readiness, and post-merger stabilization.

· Strong understanding of IT service management (incident, change, problem management).

· Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and translate technical topics into business-relevant outcomes.

· Experience in governance, compliance, or regulated IT environments is an advantage.
