We are looking for a Hands-On Metalworks Specialist for working on Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators worldwide.

A Snapshot of Your Day 

Supervise and execute the different tasks and activities during the installation and maintenance of Large Gas Turbine to ensure High Safety and Quality standards.

Main Tasks  

• Dismantling, removing, refurbishment, alignment and / or replacing the flame tube, repairing of tile support ring, fit cooling air rings and transition rings at inner casing including adjustment works.

• Install, align and exchange of turbine exhaust casings and metal bellow expansion joints.

• Recording of measurements and complete data sheets.

• Implementation of technical modifications and upgrades according to specifications.

• Clarification of deviations with Engineering.

What You Bring 

• Working experience as Steel Construction Fitter, e.g. ship yards, vessel manufacturing, plant construction or power plant erection.

• Knowledge of English on medium level, ability to read and understand tech. drawings.

• Able to read, understand and work with drawings. 

• Willing to travel and work worldwide in flexible working regime.

• Willing to work during long periods away from home.

• Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively.

• Collaborating with international and multi-culturally diverse teams

• Committed with Health and Safety and Quality

• Vocation to work in field service.
