A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role within Gas Solutions, you will support the Business Controlling and Solutions Management teams by providing financial transparency, insightful analytics, and reliable reporting.

You will contribute to monthly closing for the GS Solutions, early budgeting activities, and digitalization initiatives that strengthen the controlling landscape.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support monthly forecasts and actuals, ensuring accurate reporting to Execution Units Central and Distributed
• Contribute to the GS Solutions World Forecast by preparing supporting documentation, commentary, and coordinating inputs with GS Central, Distributed, and BA Central Items
• Prepare and maintain core financial overviews, such as the Key Data Sheet and Special Items report
• Collaborate with controlling teams to ensure consistent alignment of SG&A, SO CI, and FTE data across GS Solutions
• Consolidate key planning parameters such as Upper/Lower Limits and Management Judgement, providing clear explanations of underlying developments
• Support the GS Solutions budget process, ensuring timely coordination and data quality throughout the cycle
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses and transparency requests for the Performance Controlling team
• Provide EPM+/SAC system support for KPI reporting and actively contribute to improving the digital reporting landscape

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar—or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in Controlling or Performance Controlling.
• Proven financial analysis capabilities, including forecasting, diagnostics, corporate finance, and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Skilled with spreadsheets, databases, financial software and working experience with EPM+ and Dash
• Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx and SAC as well as knowledge of PoC project execution is an advantage.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and capable of organizing information clearly and logically.
• Demonstrates integrity, respect, curiosity, teamwork, and the ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• Strong understanding of business complexities and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
