How You’ll Make an Impact  

General Tasks  

• Create purchase orders in SAP based on instruction of the commercial project manager 
• Allocate invoices from suppliers in Process Director  
• Track approval status of supplier invoices for designated projects  
• Goods receiving process in SAP based on instruction from the commercial project team  
• Download monthly reports from SAP for e.g. cost tracking, project progress  
• Support to update templates for forecasting and reporting  
• Assist Credit risk assessment 
• Review of committed cost reports to update delivery dates for the projects  
• Support in creating and automating templates for commercial cost tracking, approvals etc.
• Support other project team members and assist the commercial project manager with ad hoc tasks  

Project Related Tasks  

• Support Commercial Project Manager (CPM) to update project cost and reconciliations  
• Support CPM to review the 3rd party cost and verify invoices  
• Support schedule of rates invoice preparation for small projects  
• Support project close off, such as open Purchase Order (PO) commitments review and close off open PO commitment  
• Minimum 2-3 full working days a week (38h fortnightly) with committed availability on 2 last working days of each month + 1 first working day of the following month, due to time critical tasks on month end procedures
• Minimum 1 year duration  
• Hybrid working  
• Working during standard business hours on weekdays

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
