役割について
- Shape and operationalize the Synthetic Center concept within the global Component Business
- Perform end-to-end analyses of production systems, layouts, material flows, capacities, and production infrastructure, develop lean future-state concepts and implementation roadmaps, and evaluate alternative scenarios, e.g. using Siemens Plant Simulation
- Develop business cases and recommendations for production systems, automation, and infrastructure investments
- Drive manufacturing-focused transformation initiatives and stakeholder alignment across Operational Excellence, production, logistics, engineering, and management to ensure successful realization of strategic initiatives
- Transfer successful local approaches into global standards and best practices and support their scaling across the organization
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in factory planning, industrial engineering, lean production systems, manufacturing transformation, or operational excellence within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production layouts, material flow design, capacity planning, value stream design, production infrastructure, and production system development with a proven experience in conducting complex analyses and translating findings into actionable concepts and implementation roadmaps
- Practical experience with simulation tools such as Siemens Plant Simulation or comparable software
- Ability to independently drive complex cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Professional proficiency in German and English
