A Snapshot of Your Day

Are you interested in being part of a team that is driving the energy transition? At Siemens Energy, you can. Our technology is key, but our people make the difference. We are looking for recent college graduates with engineering degrees interested in joining our Compression Division for our Engineering Management Acceleration Program, a 3-year long rotational development program.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will complete three (3) one-year rotations. Each rotation will typically require a geographic relocation and introduce you to an all-new job function.
  • You will use fundamental engineering concepts, practices, and procedures to complete assigned projects while learning about the business. Typical roles include Application Engineering, Project Engineering, Product Design, Field Service as well as Digitalization, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, Controls Engineering, and Process Engineering.
  • You will have the opportunity to establish a network, gain personal and professional development, acquire product knowledge, and learn the complexities of our industry.

What You Bring

  • Willingness and ability to travel and relocate throughout the duration of the three-year Engineering Management Acceleration Program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace engineering, or related field by June 2025.
  • History of a strong academic achievement and growth mindset
  • Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience required.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
  • This job may be based in Seattle, Washington. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
