  • Review, validate, and manage electrical designs from global and local engineering partners, ensuring compliance with safety standards, design guidelines, quality expectations, and project objectives
  • Conduct feasibility studies, electrical load assessments, system modeling, and value engineering analyses to support investment planning, risk mitigation, system optimization, and long-term maintainability
  • Support project execution activities including design scheduling, resource planning, technical risk workshops, progress reporting, and coordination across multidisciplinary and multinational project teams
  • Champion digital engineering and sustainability initiatives by supporting BIM and modeling workflows, promoting energy-efficient technologies, renewable integration, and green building design strategies across projects

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related technical discipline required; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, electrical engineering consultancy, or infrastructure project engineering within industrial, commercial, energy, or multinational project environments
  • Strong knowledge of LV distribution systems, standby power, UPS systems, lighting, earthing, protection coordination, building services integration, feasibility studies, and electrical design assurance principles
  • Experience working with digital engineering and design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and electrical calculation software such as Amtech or Trimble, with the ability to independently manage complex technical evaluations and design reviews
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary, multinational teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
