役割について
- Foster the project team in implementing Environmental, Quality, Health & Safety (EQS) regulations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements during hydrogen projects’ quotation and execution phases
- Implement EQS-relevant topics with customers, suppliers, and internal and external organizations in accordance with the “Project Excellence Guide.”
- Define project-specific conformity processes and support the project team in adherence to these processes
- Conduct contract reviews during the quotation phase to address EQS and conformity-related topics, while defining project-specific requirements
- Moderate risk assessments and enforce the implementation of mitigation measures to enhance project safety and compliance
- Develop project-specific EQS plans in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and project managers, while providing focused training to the project team
- A master's or diploma degree in system engineering, chemical process engineering or comparable with strong focus on Environment, Quality and Health & Safety
- Many years of relevant professional experience with focus on EQS-relevant aspects in design or operation of chemical plants, process-industry and ideally in handling of hydrogen
- Ideally, having good knowledge in the field of electrolysis technology
- Systematic way of working is characterized by the ability to analyze and structure as well as having experience in consulting, coaching, moderation and presentation techniques
- As an independent EQS expert in our projects, management- and moderation- skills are a matter of course
- Communicate securely in German and English, spoken and written
