A Snapshot of Your Day
The EQS Assurance Manager begins the day by reviewing project documentation and aligning with internal stakeholders on quality and safety standards. They conduct site visits to assess EHS compliance, engage with project teams, and address any safety concerns. Throughout the day, they track safety performance metrics, participate in risk assessments, and ensure incident investigations are thorough. The manager also collaborates on audits and maintains compliance with KSA-specific regulations, wrapping up the day by planning for continuous improvement initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define, implement and maintain EHS standards & ensure site EHS documentation.
- Close alignment with internal stakeholders, such as Project Management and EQS organization and contribute to Internal and external audits.
- Travel to project sites to assess & support the implementation of the standards, and identify risks, and defines corrective measures
- Ensure all incidents (injuries, near misses, critical observations) are investigated, recorded, and appropriate measures are defined, implemented, and monitored; assess and monitor suppliers’ and partners’ EHS performance and requirements.
- Participate in crisis management exercises to ensure emergency preparedness, educate external stakeholders like customers and contractors on EHS aspects, and collaborate in defining EHS requirements for contractors, working with SCM to monitor compliance and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with KSA-specific quality standards and regulations, align with Product Lines Quality Managers, and manage in-country central document control to fulfill local data law requirements
What You Bring
- A motivated professional holds Engineering Degree or at least 3-year diploma in Health & Safety or similar educational background experience. EHS with over 5 years of practical experience supporting Power Generation project operations. Familiar with local regulatory requirements as well as international standards such as OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
- Capable of supporting Different projects teams with site safety assessments and ensuring company global standards while maintaining documentation and compliance systems in the back office.
- In depth knowledge of EHS practices and policies required for power plants construction & operation (e.g. Permit to Work (PTW), Log Out Tag Out (LOTO) )
- Oversee quality management and document control for power plant projects, manage HSE documentation, registers, and record-keeping in the back office; track safety reports, statistics, and KPIs, including EHS dashboards; conduct EHS internal audits and on-site inspections, with experience in Quality Management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Eager to learn and grow in the EHS field, while being a team player adaptable to both site and office working environments, committed to upholding safety standards and promoting a safe work culture.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey EHS concepts to diverse audiences, with working proficiency in English and advantageous skills in Arabic

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
