A Snapshot of Your Day:

As an EHS Professional at Siemens Energy, you will engage results-driven candidates with a robust background in environmental, health, and safety practices, particularly in the power and oil & gas sectors. You will work on impactful projects such as implementing the Zero Harm Program and driving EHS initiatives, which will enhance team culture and promote a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. Expect to collaborate with diverse teams, providing mentorship and guidance while contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Implement the Zero Harm Program to cultivate a positive EHS culture across the organization.
  • Drive the achievement of EHS roadmaps and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Minimize environmental impact through comprehensive control measures.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship on safety practices to staff and management.
  • Lead site risk assessments and support teams in identifying and mitigating EHS risks.
  • Develop and manage EHS training programs and performance monitoring.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
  • 5–7 years of EHS experience in power plant outages or oil & gas.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification; NEBOSH Diploma or ASP/CSP certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of local EHS legislation, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and willingness to travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.

About the Team:

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
