A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Documentation Specialist within the Project Information Management Team, you will target candidates with a background in engineering and information management, who thrive in collaborative environments. You will engage in meaningful projects that involve the production and coordination of technical documentation, directly impacting project success and client satisfaction. Your contributions will enhance team efficiency and support Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver innovative energy solutions, all while fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support Project Management Teams and report to Key Expert Documentation or Project Information Manager.
- Assist in project set-up, ensuring processes and tools align with project needs.
- Provide tool access and training, including project-specific adjustments.
- Produce and coordinate technical documentation and deliverables from stakeholders.
- Define and update document delivery lists and timelines for projects.
- Monitor project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, while preparing handover documentation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Information Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering).
- Experience in information and process management, particularly in documentation.
- Background in executing plant projects with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of project and quality management methods.
- Fluency in English with a strong business and results orientation.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
About the Team:
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
