Working with the Project Info Management Team, the Documentation Expert handles documentation for key collaborators and reports to the Global Head of PE Documentation.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Support of the Project Management Teams and report to related Key Authority Documentation or Project Information Manager in execution location.
• Support the project set-up (process & tools) according to project needs.
• Providing tool access and training, especially for project-specific adjustments, as well as offering mentorship to various fields
• Crafting user documentation for collaborators and coordinating document deliverables from all project-related team members
• Provision of documents and documentation packages for internal and external customers
• Handling of customer DMS tools and interfaces: Up-loading of documents, collecting and register documents in the Siemens Energy tool

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Information Management, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Experience in information management, process management and documentation
• Experience in execution of plant projects (turnkey and consortium) with interdisciplinary teams; experience in coordinating process interfaces
• Knowledge in project and quality management methods
• Proficiency in English and strong business and results orientation
• Excellent collaboration and strong communication skills combined with enhanced conceptual and analytical skills
