A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be the IT Project Manager in the Process Automation Team focusing on improving, expanding, and operating the local applications. Your role is to ensure that digital tools are seamlessly integrated, data is harmonized, and systems communicate effectively without disrupting business continuity. Works closely with IT departments to manage the technical aspects of digital transformation, including cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Promotes the digital mindset within a factory\site (office area).
  • Know the general tools and technologies of digitalization.
  • Develops the digitalization roadmap for the site.
  • Supporting global and local digitalization projects with Six Step Approach by
    • Steering relevant projects
    • Supporting the budgeting
    • Ensuring the generation of productivity measures
    • Continuously feedback the implementation status to the factory management
  • Evaluating and understanding the current business processes to identify opportunities for digital enhancement.
  • Managing the digital change process, including training and support for employees adapting to new technologies.
  • Developing metrics and monitoring the performance of digital initiatives to assess their impact and effectiveness.
  • Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical departments to ensure clear understanding of digital transformation goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices in all digital projects.
  • Optimizing customer experience using digital technologies and data analytics.

What You Bring 

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with LowCode platforms usage
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English.
  • Open-minded and proactive approach to business process improvement.
