A Snapshot of Your Day
In this high-visibility, strategic role, you will serve as the Digital Transformation Manager for our Finance (FIN) Organization, embedded within the GT Service Operational Excellence organization. You will be the strategic anchor for FIN's digitalization strategy, owning the end-to-end FIN's operational processes, translating business needs into data-driven initiatives, and steering the organization toward sustainable digital maturity. You will act as the primary interface between FIN stakeholders and the broader digital transformation team, ensuring that all initiatives are prioritized, structured, and executed in alignment with GT Service's strategy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a strategic advisor to FIN leadership, shaping and executing a digital transformation roadmap aligned with GT Service strategy.
- Own and optimize FIN end‑to‑end processes, translating business needs into scalable digital, data, and automation solutions.
- Lead FIN digital and data initiatives, governing priorities, managing delivery, and proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
- Drive continuous process improvement by applying data‑driven insights, automation, and lean principles to increase efficiency and value.
- Enable change and capability building by supporting learning curricula, change management, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Ensure effective use of core technologies and full compliance with data privacy, governance standards, and emerging technology trends.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of proven experience in Finance in business with 5 to 8 years in digital transformation, process management, or data-driven project delivery in a finance environment.
- Strong strategic thinking: ability to translate business challenges into structured digitalization roadmaps.
- Solid project management skills with experience steering cross-functional initiatives independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to engage both senior business leaders and technical teams.
- Strong experience with SAP.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx, Snap Logic, or similar and also with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
