Imagine owning the growth of Siemens Energy’s Digital portfolio across Transformer, GIS, and OHL applications in the region. You shape market strategy by building a clear opportunity pipeline—balancing new customer acquisition with the expansion of existing accounts. Working closely with customers, factories, and internal teams, you influence specifications and position digital solutions for both retrofit and new applications. Your day blends technical depth with commercial focus as you drive proposals, marketing activities, and regional collaboration. Every action you take strengthens market presence and converts digital innovation into real business results.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You drive marketing and business development activities to realize bookings for the Transformer, GIS, and OHL Digital portfolio in the region.
• You provide technical support to end customers and internal partners to enable portfolio acceptance and specification influence.
• You create and maintain technical documentation, data sheets, and marketing collateral for the Digital portfolio across China and Asia, including competitive technical and commercial analysis.
• You grow business volume through proposal activities, coordinating closely with Siemens Energy factories, branding partners, and third‑party suppliers.
• You actively support product development by sharing regional market trends and customer requirements with HQ R&D.
• You deliver training for Grid Technologies sales and factory teams on Digital portfolio capabilities, services, and value propositions.
• You lead external marketing initiatives, communications, and trade show participation to strengthen visibility of Siemens Energy’s Digital portfolio.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
• You have 10+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or marketing within transmission and distribution products.
• You understand IT/OT concepts and industrial communication protocols.
• You bring experience with electrical networks or condition monitoring solutions; exposure to Transformer, GIS, transmission line products, or substation condition assessment is preferred.
• You demonstrate excellent English communication skills, including writing, presenting, negotiating, and stakeholder engagement.
• You are willing to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
