In this role, you will transform complex business data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and operational efficiency. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, design and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze large datasets, assess operational processes, and contribute to AI‑driven and automation initiatives that enhance business performance.

 How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into business performance.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities, delivering data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct process reviews to identify inefficiencies and gaps, supporting continuous improvement through KPIs, process mapping, and performance monitoring.
• Support the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions, including predictive analytics, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and business leaders to translate operational needs into meaningful analytics and insights.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, with experience building scalable and high‑performance dashboards.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proven experience working with large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Experience with automation and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel, workflows), with exposure to AI or predictive analytics initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, business‑friendly insights and manage multiple priorities independently.

This role is part of the Grid Technologies team at Siemens Energy. The team enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital power grid by delivering solutions across HVDC transmission, grid stabilization, energy storage, and digital grid technologies.
