A Snapshot of Your Days

This role is based in Pune. You’ll also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.

How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

  • Creation of CCM Projects in SAP and Issue Invoices on monthly basis
  • Review and control of all WIP/Cost Accruals and provisions.
  • Special Economic Zone Compliances- Softex, GIST of contract and Annual Performance Report
  • FEMA Compliances.
  • GL accounting, Key Balance Sheet Account Reviews (e.g. interim accounts, capital work in progress accounts etc.)
  • Travel cost data analysis for back charge and Preparing Debit memo for back charge.
  • Incoming IDOC booking.
  • Quarterly Review of under/over Overhead Absorption
  • Monitoring open GR IR and getting it cleared by coordinating with SCM and Shared Services team.
  • Review of Fixed Assets Register
  • Support in preparation of Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast of income statement and cash flow
  • Coordination with statutory, tax and internal auditors and statutory & tax authorities
  • Work towards process optimization and automation

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities

  • Master’s degree in accounting or finance required and 3 to 5 years of experience in finance/accounting Qualification-CA/CMA/MBA, 5 to 7 years of experience in finance/accounting Qualification-InterCA/InterCMA
  • Strong SAP PS/FICO and Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals and be proactive in problem solving.
