役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a C&I Engineer, you will support the reliable operation of control and instrumentation systems within the power plant. Your role will focus on maintaining system integrity through hands-on maintenance, supporting troubleshooting activities, and monitoring system performance to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Control & Instrumentation System Maintenance (~50%)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems and field instrumentation
- Support troubleshooting and fault rectification of DCS, PLCs, and instrumentation systems
- Carry out calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments and control loops
- Execute maintenance activities in accordance with CMMS schedules and procedures
- Support implementation of planned maintenance activities
Operational Monitoring & System Support (~30%)
- Monitor system performance, alarms, and trends to identify potential issues
- Conduct routine inspection and functional checks on critical instrumentation systems
- Support analysis of system performance and assist in identifying improvement opportunities
- Assist in commissioning, installation, and shutdown maintenance activities when required
Documentation & Compliance (~20%)
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, calibration data, and system documentation
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and support documentation for engineering and supervision teams
- Provide basic guidance and support to technicians during maintenance execution
What You Bring
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent)
- Around 3–5 years of experience in C&I maintenance within power plants or heavy industry
- Experience working with
- Distributed Control Systems (DCS, ideally Siemens T3000)
- PLCs and field instrumentation
- Control loops, calibration, and maintenance processes
- Ability to support troubleshooting of control systems and escalate complex issues
- Familiarity with CMMS, maintenance workflows, and documentation processes
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team environment

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
