A Snapshot of Your Day 

Dynamic and agile activities with customer service, understanding needs and ensuring they are met in accordance with the terms of the contract; Planning demands, prioritizing and agreeing with stakeholders on the best way to execute; Using Sales Force to control the contract and activities; Managing activities under your responsibility; Presenting the progress of contracts/services to management.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Coordinate service contracts, defining strategy and developing customer relationships
  • Develop and implement work plans for services, ensuring that all necessary resources are available
  • Maintain effective communication between the team and stakeholders, reporting on the progress of services and any issues that may arise
  • Develop physical and financial controls for services, ensuring the financial health of the contract and meeting customer requirements.


What You Bring

  • Production Engineering or Engineering with specialization in management
  • Experience with service management, preferably in the offshore or fiber market
  • Financial knowledge
  • Advanced Office package
  • Agility in decision-making
  • Advanced English
