- Responsibility for financial and commercial execution during sales phase, focusing on gross profit, cash flow, and asset optimization
- Risk assessment and mitigation regarding tender requirements (e.g., currency, payment terms, export/tax regulations), including compliance guidance and cost calculation
- Negotiation and alignment of commercial and consortium contract terms in coordination with Legal, Insurance, Finance, and related functions; contribution to internal project approvals and support for Technical Sales
- Financial transparency through development and tracking of sales KPIs (e.g., Order Entry, Revenue, Gross Margin, Cash-In, Headcount, Sales Costs)
- Execution of planning, forecasting, reporting, and controlling in collaboration with Sales Management and Business Controlling; process and reporting optimization
- Forecast monitoring and accuracy improvement (e.g., SFDC, Excel) in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience in commercial sales, project management, or controlling for complex industrial projects (e.g., construction, engineering, energy)
- Expertise in bid preparation, contract negotiation, taxation, financing, reporting, and risk and claim management
- Proficiency in financial controlling, IFRS-based management accounting, and digital tools (e.g., MS Office, SAP, SFDC, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder integration skills across international and virtual teams
- High level of curiosity, resilience, and motivation, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic a plus)
