  • ·       Manage the General Contractor on site, ensuring compliance with contractual scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and Siemens Energy project execution requirements.
  • ·       Monitor and control construction progress, cost performance, and resource utilization across all disciplines, review estimates, progress reports, and forecasts to ensure alignment with approved project baselines.
  • ·       Identify, assess, and mitigate execution risks related to constructability, interfaces, schedule, cost, quality, and safety, implementing corrective actions in coordination with Project Controls and Engineering teams.
  • ·       Lead site coordination meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions, ensuring clear communication, timely decision-making, and alignment among all stakeholders.
  • ·       Support commissioning and handover readiness by ensuring construction completeness, punch list closure, documentation accuracy, and smooth transition to operations.

What You Bring

  • ·       Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex contractor interfaces on active construction sites.
  • ·       Solid understanding of industrial construction execution, including cost control, progress measurement, estimations, change management, and schedule integration.
  • ·       Proven ability to interpret contracts, technical specifications, construction methodologies, and project controls data to drive informed execution decisions.
  • ·       Experience managing construction across multiple disciplines simultaneously, ensuring coordination between civil, structural, MEP, architectural, and commissioning activities.
  • ·       Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to align contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders toward common project objectives.
  • ·       Demonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to prioritize EHS requirements even under schedule pressure or execution constraints.
  • ·       Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
  • ·       Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for coordination, reporting, and interaction with global Siemens Energy stakeholders.
