How to contribute to our vision
This is a new 12-month temporary apprentice position created to develop early-career talent within the Finance function supporting the Grid Technologies Switchgears unit in Queretaro. To achieve this, the trainee will gain hands-on experience across three core areas: foundational financial analysis and reporting, commercial and project support, and data management. This rotational exposure is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the commercial operations within a manufacturing and project-driven environment. Given the developmental focus, the ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant discipline such as Finance or Business Administration. Key requirements include strong analytical aptitude, a proactive learning mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting; no prior professional experience is required.
