  • Identify, evaluate, and manage commercial risks and opportunities while serving as the primary financial resource for accounting, legal, tax, foreign exchange, and other commercial matters impacting project execution
  • Ensure project execution complies with contractual requirements, IFRS/GAAP standards, internal Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRGs), and corporate governance policies while supporting internal and external audit activities
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to provide commercial guidance, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations that support project execution, profitability, and successful customer outcomes
  • Prepare and present project financial forecasts, portfolio performance updates, executive reports, and management presentations that provide actionable insights and support informed business decisions
  • Collaborate across the broader finance organization to drive process improvements, support digital transformation initiatives, share best practices, and enhance data-driven financial decision-making

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial project management, project finance, financial analysis, business administration, or a related finance role supporting project-based operations
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, cost accounting, corporate finance, revenue recognition, IFRS/GAAP, percentage of completion (PoC) accounting, financial controls, and commercial risk management
  • Experience working with SAP, business intelligence tools, and financial reporting systems, with the ability to independently manage complex financial analyses, project reporting, and forecasting activities
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business decisions and partner effectively across Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
