The Commercial Project Manager (CPM) position is the financial counterpart of the project manager. The primary financial interface to the customer and coordinate all commercial activities related to their projects.

The role also demands collaboration skills, as well as strong communication skills with both internal and external collaborators, at various organizational levels. A detailed understanding of Siemens Guidelines (LoA/ NCM/Consortium etc.) as well as experience in contract negotiation/ execution is require.

Supports accountable Sales Management, provides advice and proposes measures regarding Business Administration i.e. accomplishes financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintains project record accuracy in SAP, following Siemens-FRG and local GAAP guidelines; handles project reporting and oversight. activities.
• Supports Project Manager in managing financial results to meet targets, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments.
• Assists PM in identifying, assessing, and leading commercial risks and opportunities, taking full responsibility for related strategies and responses.
• Contributes to business plans, focusing on financial management and strategic business reviews.
• Handles commercial issues including contract analysis, legal aspects, business model determination, tax, insurance, currency, compliance, cash flow, and document preparation.
• Participates in the offer process by reviewing quotations, collaborating with operations/bid teams on costing, implementing lessons learned, improving commercial scope, and negotiating contracts/offers; performs ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting with at least 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in project controlling or contract management.
• Proficient in standard accounting principles and professional-level English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
• Strong competence in IT tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce applications.
• Demonstrates understanding of cultural differences and adapts effectively.
• Maintains a positive attitude toward working in challenging environments.
• Embraces and contributes to a high-performance culture.
