A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic international team as a Commercial Project Manager, where no two days are the same! You will dive into financial analysis while engaging with diverse partners to set goals, seek support, and share insights. Your keen understanding of contractual requirements will help you identify potential risks and opportunities, ensuring transparency and steering the profitability of our Controls & Digitalization projects. As a curious learner, you will actively seek improvements and drive digitalization initiatives that benefit our team and the broader business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage and optimize financial results, focusing on project gross profit, cash flow, and financing instruments with professional care.
- Monitor, control, and report on project costs, assets, liabilities, and cash flow across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify deviations, manage risks and opportunities, and propose corrective measures to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and oversee project forecasts, ensuring timely billing in accordance with customer contracts and regulations.
- Provide essential commercial and financial reports for project reviews, highlighting deviations and recommending actionable plans.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- You have some experience in commercial project management, ideally with a certification as a Commercial Project Manager.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP is essential, and fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
- Your analytical thinking and out-of-the-box problem-solving skills enable you to thrive under pressure and manage diverse tasks effectively.
- You possess strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, allowing you to engage successfully with various collaborators.

You’ll be part of an international team of 10 passionate professionals spread across various locations. We work closely with stakeholders across Siemens Energy and are proud to be part of the Gas Services organization—specifically within the Controls, Digitalization & Nuclear segment.
