You´ll ensure compliance with all commercial guidelines while managing project reporting and controlling activities to maintain financial accuracy Supporting the Project Manager in optimizing financial results, overseeing cash flow, and strategically handling assets and financing instruments

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support in monitoring project costs and updating intermediate project calculations, in SAP
• system and in our internal reporting tools.
• Monitoring of actual costs, committed costs, exchange rate control, bank guarantees,
• insurances, warranty provisions and other provisions, transitory accounts.
• Support in the preparation of internal reports for the business unit: planning (sales income,
• gross margin, cash flow), budget and forecast within Latin America.
• Support in operational activities such as issuing invoices to clients and perform accounting
• movements.
• Control of costs of productive manpower, accounts payable and accounts receivables,
• operations with direct debits and withholding collections and reimbursements.
• Administrative attention to clients: sending invoices, bank guarantees, insurances, among
• others.
• Interrelation with other areas inner the organization in Latin America.
• Other activities related with the finance controlling of projects.

What You Bring

• Study in Industrial engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or
• similar

• 6+ years of solid finance progressive experience managing projects. Preferably supporting international business operations.
• Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving, self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals well in groups.
• Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express technical information (or data) to non-technical associates, peers and management.
• Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
• Excellent writing, presentation meeting facilitation skills, in Portuguese and in English. Spanish should be a plus+.
