A Snapshot of Your Day

Join the Resource Management team in Germany as Certification Coordinator (f/m/d), providing the administrative backbone that keeps wind technician training planning and deployment readiness on track. Your work centers on two areas: coordinating and scheduling all training activities for wind technicians across qualification requirements and project timelines, and maintaining the central database of certifications, qualifications, and readiness data. You will be the primary contact for technicians and external training providers, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping data flowing accurately to resource managers and operational teams. In this specialist role, you will handle non-routine situations with confidence and contribute directly to the compliant, timely deployment of technicians across offshore projects.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for wind technicians based on qualification requirements, project timelines, and resource availability, including all logistical aspects such as venues, travel, and accommodation
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for technicians and external training providers, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth training delivery
  • Maintain and update the central database of technician qualifications, certifications, and training records, monitoring expiration dates and initiating re-certification processes before compliance gaps arise
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on technician availability, qualification status, and training progress to support resource management and project planning
  • Work closely with resource managers and operational teams to ensure technician readiness data is accurate and supports deployment decisions

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related commercial field, with several years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or planning role, ideally within a technical service or resource management environment
  • Proven ability to manage non-routine operational tasks with limited supervision, with strong skills in data management, record keeping, and process improvement
  • Experience working with offshore technicians and a confident communication style under demanding operational conditions
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured approach to managing multiple priorities and a high degree of personal accountability
  • Excellent command of German and English for daily communication with international teams
