A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Receiving Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, registration, and control of materials within the warehouse. You will oversee the alignment between physical movements and SAP system transactions, ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability, and operational continuity. Your daily work will directly support production flow and financial accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Validate incoming materials against documentation and accurately post goods receipts in SAP
- Ensure proper storage and system location control of materials within the warehouse
- Execute material picking, verifying requests and posting outbound movements
- Perform cycle counts, analyze discrepancies, and support inventory accuracy initiatives
- Maintain and control physical and digital documentation to ensure compliance and traceability
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
- Strong SAP knowledge (warehouse module: goods movements, inventory, cycle counts)
- Understanding of material flow, inventory processes, and document control
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
- Team player with effective communication, proactivity, and operational discipline
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative operations team focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. In this role, you will closely interact with Procurement, Planning, Production, Finance, and Quality, contributing to a fast-paced environment where coordination, accuracy, and accountability are critical to success.
