A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Business Partner in Cost Center Controlling and become a key player in shaping financial transparency for Global Function Management in Onshore. Imagine diving into budgets, forecasts, and reports, using your analytical skills to support management decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with collaborators, providing them with the insights they need for effective cost center and headcount management. Your day will be filled with opportunities to drive recommendations, support monthly management reviews, and contribute to our mission of innovation and sustainability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will manage the planning and controlling of yearly budgets for Global Functions in Onshore, including calculating Hourly Rates.
  • Analyze and evaluate cost structures, building and improving the cost accounting system.
  • Prepare Monthly Reporting and provide explanations of the FC and Actuals to CCC ON Management.
  • Play an active role in strengthening Master Data Governance to enable efficient SAC, Power BI, and SQL implementation.
  • Drive cross-departmental process standardization and support digitalization strategies within Cost Center Controlling.

What You Bring

  • You hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • You are a competent finance professional with several years of experience in controlling or commercial sales and project business.
  • You exhibit advanced interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for numbers.
  • You are willing to take ownership, work under pressure, and meet deadlines and targets.
  • You have a creative mindset, striving to innovate processes and tools, and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
