A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Business Improvement Lead, where your expertise as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will drive continuous improvement across our Small Gas Turbines (SGT) business. You will lead impactful projects, utilising Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to enhance systems and processes that align with our business needs. Collaborate with functional heads to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful progress reports. Your leadership will empower teams to realise benefits that meet our business requirements, making a significant difference in our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead continuous improvement initiatives across all SGT functions, ensuring systems and processes are optimised.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to identify areas for enhancement and establish practical improvement projects.
- Coach process owners in developing their methods to achieve best-in-class status through Lean Six Sigma techniques.
- Ensure governance and oversight for all business improvement projects within SGT, driving accountability and results.
- Provide expertise in data analysis to support decision-making and project success.
What You Bring
- You are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong foundation in continuous improvement methodologies.
- A graduate-level education is required, showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have experience in developing and governing improvement programmes, demonstrating your leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record in leading structured improvement projects using DMAIC, DMADV, or Scrum Master approaches.
- You possess strong facilitation skills, enabling you to lead workshops and engage teams effectively.
