A Snapshot of Your Day

As an SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant, you will act as a key expert in Production Planning and Quality Management, supporting Siemens Energy’s manufacturing sites globally. Your day will involve driving demand management, business process consulting, and operational support while ensuring efficient planning and quality execution across the manufacturing landscape.

With deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM and strong knowledge of Serialization and Batch Management, you will help standardize and harmonize business processes across sites by implementing scalable templates and best practices. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and service providers to transform manufacturing requirements into robust SAP solutions that enable operational excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide expert consultancy in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM to global manufacturing sites, ensuring effective planning and quality management solutions.
• Analyze existing planning and quality processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement harmonized templates across Siemens Energy.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support the integration of SAP planning and quality solutions with other SAP modules and related enterprise systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP S/4HANA to provide innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.
• Act as Sub-Service Owner for three internal Siemens Energy ECC systems.
• Realize change requests as part of application improvements and project enhancements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure smooth delivery and operational continuity.
• Facilitate workshops and internal meetings to drive adoption of planning and quality solutions.

What You Bring

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM environments.
• Strong experience in SAP rollout and transformation projects.
• Solid expertise in Serialization and Batch Management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning and quality management processes.
• Experience in cross-functional SAP integrations.
• SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) expertise is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional and global teams.
