A Snapshot of Your Day
IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including. Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives •Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices). Translating business requirements into application requirements Specialization Match Note: This role is a blend of Business Analysis and Systems Analysis.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide expert consultancy in SAP S4 PP/DS to our manufacturing sites, ensuring effective planning and scheduling solutions.
- Analyze current planning processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-business areas to gather requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and internal meetings to ensure effective adoption of planning solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP S4 PP/DS to provide innovative solutions to our manufacturing challenges.
- Support the integration of planning solutions with other SAP modules and systems as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S4 PP/DS, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, deep knowledge of SAP PP, MRP, and advanced planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage
