A Snapshot of Your Day

For our Siemens Energy Grid Technologies Turkiye & Central Asia Sales Unit (SE FIN GT S EU TCA) in Kartal, we are looking for a Business Administrator who will be a key finance member for the Execution Unit. This role will be responsible for commercial topics such as financial reporting, order management, commercial sales support and other daily commercial tasks.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Leading and executing budget and monthly forecast process, financial reporting for entire Turkiye and Central Asia
  • Support to RIC (Risk and Internal Control) process.
  • Order Management, invoicing, contract/customer management, receivable and payable management, bookings
  • Commercial Sales activities, offer preparation, contract discussions, bid release process
  • Supporting the daily activities of the department within defined targets of time and quality
  • Close cooperation with Headquarters, corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Supply-Chain Management, Legal, Compliance (as relevant).


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Very good command of Turkish & English language (German is an asset).
  • Knowledge of financial accounting (Local Accounting, IFRS), controlling/reporting, logistics, international and Turkish law, tax, foreign trade and customs regulations etc.
  • Good command of MS Office and SAP.
  • Analytical thinking result and quality-oriented approach, solid professional judgment & problem-solving ability and good communication skills are required competencies.
  • Team-oriented ability to work with cross - functional teams.
  • Must be able and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
