A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will acting as Commercial Project Manager for Product Business inside GT Sales organization, with project orders, oversee financial and cost controls, and handle currency risks and supplier invoices. You will also support contract negotiations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and prepare key documentation for reviews and audits.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Commercial Project Management (80% time)
- Order booking and set-up in local Spiridon system for Product Business projects (CCM&POC).
- Manage foreign currency risk in projects in line with hedging/currency guidelines.
- Handle project guarantees using GREAT tool and Customer Invoice and LC document preparation.
- Maintaining project financials and overall cost controlling for projects. MIKA Summary and change management.
- Support the PM by preparing relevant commercial documentation required for the project’s records, review meetings, and audits. Manage suppliers/subcontractors’ invoice certification and payment processing.
Commercial Sales Management (20%)
- Support the Technical Bid Manager during contract negotiations, such as project terms & conditions.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant internal rules & guidelines including Bid Release Process (BRP), Limits of Authority (LoA), FRG, tax, trade finance, or currency guidelines. Including managing the various templates and tools at SE LoA Process for Grid Technologies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a closely related field.
- Accounting experience and financial audit experience.
- Advanced knowledge of FI/CO transactions and procedures in SAP Spiridon ERP, Tableau, Focus+, ESPIRIT, EPM+ and DASH tools.
- Highly developed analytical skills and detail-oriented work style.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and documentation methods to consolidate and validate large quantity of information and complex business issues.
- Ability to gather, structure, consolidate and analyse large amounts of financial information and develop an overarching country view, also in graphical format, that describes the key message for Management’s use.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
