• Actively influence development teams by providing guidance and establishing clear guardrails

What You Bring

• A completed university degree in a technical field with a specialization in high voltage techniques
• Long term experience in product development for power transformers, high voltage switchgears, or both
• Proven track record in international standardization efforts
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical subjects to motivate listeners
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams technically without direct authority
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, along with a willingness to travel
