A Snapshot of Your Day
As Administrative Professional (f/m/d) you play a vital role in supporting our Global Mobility team. You might start your day by prioritising tasks, for example checking if urgent payments need to be done or purchase orders to be issued. You handle various requests and support your team with administrative and project related tasks.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Administrative and project support within the Global Mobility team
- Handle orders in ARIBA
- Ensure E2E processing of all related costs
- Support of cost controlling of our Service Contracts for Global Mobility Management (GMM) Service Provider
- Clarification, commercial check and approval of third-party invoices
What You Bring
- Vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in an administrative or commercial support function
- Strong communication skills with business proficiency in English and German
- Knowledge of Global Mobility Management processes, preferably cost allocation processes is a plus
